08:00–08:30 - Pickup & drive to Batukaru/Jatiluwih start point
10:00–12:30 - Jatiluwih e-bike ride + rice terrace stops
12:30–13:15 - Lunch (own expense / included if e-bike package)
13:30–14:15 - Pura Luhur Batukaru (sarong/sash as needed)
14:45–16:00 - Penatahan Hot Springs soak
16:00–17:30 - Return & drop-off hotel

Notes & Tips
Rain can make terrace paths slippery, host may resequence stops. If you prefer “no cycling”, swap e-bike with Jatiluwih short walk

- A booking is confirmed when we issue a confirmation and receive the required deposit or full payment
- Final balance is due by the date on your invoice; unpaid balances may be canceled without refund
- We accept cash, bank transfer, and selected e-payments/cards; processing fees may apply
- You must provide accurate guest details (names as per ID, contact number, pickup location)
2. Changes & Special Requests
- Minor timing changes are subject to feasibility and venue schedules
- Name/date changes may incur fees or be unavailable (especially for ticketed items)
- Special requests (dietary, mobility, child seats) must be requested in advance and confirmed in writing.
3. Cancellation by Guest
- ≥48 hours before pick-up/start: 100% refund
- 24–48 hours: 50% refund
- <24 hours or no-show: no refund
- Tickets/permits (e.g., Kecak, attractions) may be non-refundable once issued.
