Start your holiday in Kuta with a smooth airport transfer and a day to settle in. Enjoy a full day of fun at water sports (banana boat, flying fish, jetski), then continue to Uluwatu Temple for sunset and the dramatic Kecak & Fire Dance. Another day takes you to two of Bali’s most iconic temples, Ulun Danu Beratan and Tanah Lot, for beautiful lake and seaside views. You’ll then discover the cliffs and turquoise bays of West Nusa Penida on a full-day island tour before moving to Ubud for a more relaxed, romantic atmosphere. From Ubud, enjoy a day of tandem ATV adventure and a Balinese cooking class, followed by another full day visiting the Tegalalang rice terrace and trying the famous Bali swing. - Pick-up times for each tour will be confirmed by our team/driver in advance.
- Hotel check-in is usually from 14:00; check-out around 11:00–12:00 (depends on hotel).
- For temples (Ulun Danu, Tanah Lot, Uluwatu), please dress modestly: shoulders and knees covered.
- Wear comfortable shoes and light clothing suitable for warm, tropical weather.
- Bali traffic can be busy, so travel times may be longer than expected.
- Bring some cash (IDR) for snacks, drinks, toilets and shopping at the market.
- We recommend having travel insurance for your trip.

1) Booking & Payment Policy
- Deposit to confirm: 30% of the total package price at booking.
- Balance due: 14 days before arrival (WITA).
- Peak/High Season (e.g., Jul–Aug, Dec 20–Jan 10, major holidays):
- 50% deposit at booking; balance 30 days before arrival.
- Payment methods: Bank transfer, approved e-payments/cards (processing fees may apply).
- Name & rooming details: must match passports/IDs. Changes after ticketing/rooming may incur supplier fees.
- Non-refundable components: Some items (e.g., certain hotel rates, fast-boat tickets, attraction/show tickets) may be non-refundable once issued; their rules override general terms.
2) Cancellation Policy
- ≥30 days before arrival: Full refund of amounts paid minus any non-refundable supplier items.
- 15–29 days before arrival: 50% refund of total package minus any non-refundable items.
- 8–14 days before arrival: 25% refund of total package minus any non-refundable items.
- ≤7 days before arrival or no-show: No refund.
- Peak/High Season: Stricter terms may apply (often non-refundable from 30 days prior). Any refundable portion depends on hotel/boat/operator policies.
3) Important Notes
- Amendments by guest (dates, names, room types) are subject to availability and supplier fees; close-in changes may be treated as a cancellation.
- Force majeure / Weather: If boats/flights/venues cancel due to safety, we will assist with re-routing or date changes. Refunds are limited to amounts we can recover from suppliers after their policies.
- Refund method: Returned to the original payer/method, net of bank/processing fees, within a reasonable processing window after supplier reconciliation.
