1) Booking & Payment Policy

• Deposit to confirm: 30% of the total package price at booking.
• Balance due: 14 days before arrival (WITA).
• Peak/High Season (e.g., Jul–Aug, Dec 20–Jan 10, major holidays):
  • 50% deposit at booking; balance 30 days before arrival.
• Payment methods: Bank transfer, approved e-payments/cards (processing fees may apply).
• Name & rooming details: must match passports/IDs. Changes after ticketing/rooming may incur supplier fees.
• Non-refundable components: Some items (e.g., certain hotel rates, fast-boat tickets, attraction/show tickets) may be non-refundable once issued; their rules override general terms.

2) Cancellation Policy

• ≥30 days before arrival: Full refund of amounts paid minus any non-refundable supplier items.
• 15–29 days before arrival: 50% refund of total package minus any non-refundable items.
• 8–14 days before arrival: 25% refund of total package minus any non-refundable items.
• ≤7 days before arrival or no-show: No refund.
• Peak/High Season: Stricter terms may apply (often non-refundable from 30 days prior). Any refundable portion depends on hotel/boat/operator policies.

3) Important Notes

• Amendments by guest (dates, names, room types) are subject to availability and supplier fees; close-in changes may be treated as a cancellation.
• Force majeure / Weather: If boats/flights/venues cancel due to safety, we will assist with re-routing or date changes. Refunds are limited to amounts we can recover from suppliers after their policies.
• Refund method: Returned to the original payer/method, net of bank/processing fees, within a reasonable processing window after supplier reconciliation.
