Enjoy a 9 days 8 nights Bali experience that combines beach, island, culture and hands-on activities in one balanced itinerary. Stay first in Kuta for coastal vibes and water activities, then move to Ubud for greenery, arts and slower days. After a smooth arrival and check-in at your Kuta hotel, enjoy a full day of fun at water sports (banana boat, flying fish, jetski) followed by Uluwatu Temple and the famous Kecak & Fire Dance at sunset. Another day takes you to the cool highlands of Ulun Danu Beratan Temple and the scenic coastal temple Tanah Lot. You’ll also spend a full day exploring West Nusa Penida, with its dramatic cliffs and turquoise bays. The second part of your stay is in Ubud, where you’ll have free time to relax, visit cafés, or book spa treatments. From Ubud, join a day with Bali swing and a jewelry-making class, then another full day visiting the Tegalalang rice terrace and joining a Balinese cooking class. A final free day lets you enjoy Ubud at your own pace before your departure transfer to the airport.

- Hotel check-in is usually from 14:00; check-out around 11:00–12:00 (depends on hotel).
- For temples (Ulun Danu, Tanah Lot, Uluwatu), please dress modestly: shoulders and knees covered.
- Wear comfortable shoes and light clothing suitable for warm, tropical weather.
- Bali traffic can be busy, so travel times may be longer than expected.
- Bring some cash (IDR) for snacks, drinks, toilets and shopping at the market.
- We recommend having travel insurance for your trip.

Package Terms & Conditions
1) Booking & Payment Policy
- Deposit to confirm: 30% of the total package price at booking.
- Balance due: 14 days before arrival (WITA).
- Peak/High Season (e.g., Jul–Aug, Dec 20–Jan 10, major holidays):
- 50% deposit at booking; balance 30 days before arrival.
- Payment methods: Bank transfer, approved e-payments/cards (processing fees may apply).
- Name & rooming details: must match passports/IDs. Changes after ticketing/rooming may incur supplier fees.
- Non-refundable components: Some items (e.g., certain hotel rates, fast-boat tickets, attraction/show tickets) may be non-refundable once issued; their rules override general terms.
2) Cancellation Policy
- ≥30 days before arrival: Full refund of amounts paid minus any non-refundable supplier items.
- 15–29 days before arrival: 50% refund of total package minus any non-refundable items.
- 8–14 days before arrival: 25% refund of total package minus any non-refundable items.
- ≤7 days before arrival or no-show: No refund.
- Peak/High Season: Stricter terms may apply (often non-refundable from 30 days prior). Any refundable portion depends on hotel/boat/operator policies.
3) Important Notes
- Amendments by guest (dates, names, room types) are subject to availability and supplier fees; close-in changes may be treated as a cancellation.
- Force majeure / Weather: If boats/flights/venues cancel due to safety, we will assist with re-routing or date changes. Refunds are limited to amounts we can recover from suppliers after their policies.
- Refund method: Returned to the original payer/method, net of bank/processing fees, within a reasonable processing window after supplier reconciliation.
