Giveaway Terms & Conditions

  1. General

1.1. These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) apply to the Bali Traveller Member Luxury Experience Giveaway and the Monthly Giveaway. 

1.2. By participating in the giveaway, members and non-members agree to be bound by these T&Cs. 

1.3. There will be 3 prizes for the monthly giveaway (open to members and non-members) and 10 prizes for the yearly giveaway (exclusive to members). 

 

  1. Eligibility

Members 
2.1. The 10 luxury experience giveaways are applicable for Bali Traveller members only. 
2.2. To qualify as a member, participants must complete the membership sign-up and meet any applicable membership requirements set by Bali Traveller. 

Non-Members 
2.3. Non-members are entitled to participate in the monthly giveaway. 
2.4. Each non-member participant can win the monthly giveaway only once. 

 

  1. Luxury Experience Giveaway (Members Only)

3.1. Members have the chance to receive a one-time luxury experience giveaway valued from USD 1,000 to USD 5,000. 
3.2. The 10 luxury experience giveaways are a one-time yearly event. 
3.3. The type of luxury experience and choice of accommodation will be determined by Bali Traveller and is subject to availability. 
3.4. Booking dates for the luxury experience are valid for normal season only (high/peak seasons are excluded). Members are advised to contact Bali Traveller for more information on seasonal dates and blackout periods. 

 

  1. Monthly Giveaway (Members and Non-Members)

4.1. Non-members may join the monthly giveaway by: 
a. Following Bali Traveller’s official social media account(s); and 
b. Reposting the designated giveaway post as instructed. 

4.2. All eligible participants will be entered into a draw, and the winner will be selected at random. 
4.3. Each participant may only receive the monthly giveaway once.  

4.4. Members are automatically entered into the monthly giveaway. 

 

  1. Participation & Verification

5.1. Members will be identified and verified using their registered membership details. 
5.2. Non-members must submit proof of participation (for example: screenshot or link of repost/entry) via direct message or email to receive a participant code number for the draw. 
5.3. Bali Traveller reserves the right to verify the identity and eligibility of any participant and to request additional documentation if necessary. 

 

  1. Prizes & Limitations

6.1. All giveaways (luxury experiences and monthly prizes) are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged or replaced for cash or other services. 
6.2. No changes, refunds, or credits will be provided for unused portions of the prize. 
6.3. Additional costs not expressly included in the prize description (such as personal expenses, optional add-ons, upgrades, etc.) will be the responsibility of the winner. 

 

  1. Member Benefits

7.1. Members will receive priority and personal assistance from Bali Traveller for consulting their whole trip, including arrangements related to the luxury experience giveaway. 
7.2. Membership benefits such as discounts, VIP airport assistance, and luxury arrangements are subject to the membership program rules and may change from time to time. 

 

  1. Changes & Cancellation

8.1. Bali Traveller reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway, or amend these T&Cs at any time if required, including due to operational, safety, or regulatory reasons. 
8.2. Any material changes will be communicated via Bali Traveller’s official channels (website and/or social media).
