TERM AND CONDITIONS:
CHILDREN POLICY:

- Breakfast for child 6–12 years will be charged
- Above 12 years will charge as adult
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIME:
- Check–in time: 14:00 Hours
- Check-out: 12:00 Hours
- For late check-out until 18:00 hours will be charge at 50% off from basic contract rates, and late check-out above 18:00 hours will be charged at full
TERM OF PAYMENTS:
- Full prepayment
- 1 (one) night deposit is required after reservation confirmation is received through email to guarantee the reservation.
- Balance payment is required within 21 (fourteen) days before guest’s arrival
- For confirmation made within 21 days, full payment is required
- Every payment using payment link will be added 4% and payment using credit card will be added 3% as the bank admin fee

- One-night charge for cancellation received 14 days before arrival date
- Fifty percent (50%) charge from the total amount of the reservation for cancellation received 7 days before arrival date
- One hundred percent (100%) charge for no show or cancellation received less than 7 days before arrival date
- Eid Al-Fitr & High Season
- One-night charge for cancellation received 21 days before arrival date
- Fifty percent (50%) charge from the total amount of the reservation for cancellation received 14 days before arrival date
- One hundred percent (100%) charge for no show or cancellation received less than 14 days before arrival date
- Peak Season:
- One-night charge for cancellation received 28 days before arrival date
- Fifty percent (50%) charge from the total amount of the reservation for cancellation received 21 days before arrival date
- One hundred percent (100%) charge for no show or cancellation received less than 21 days before arrival date
