CHILDREN POLICY:
- Maximum 1 child below 12 y.o. is free of charged; sharing bed with parents in 1(one) room without extra bed. An additional breakfast only will be charged.
- Maximum child who allows to sharing bed with parents is 1 child
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIME:
- Check-in time is 14:00 hours
- Check-out time is 12.00 Hours
- Early check in or late check out request, will subject to availability
- Check in and check out is not allowed on 31st December 2026
TERM OF PAYMENTS:
- Full prepayment
- 1 (one) night deposit is required after reservation confirmation is received through email to guarantee the reservation.
- Balance payment is required within 21 (fourteen) days before guest’s arrival
- For confirmation made within 21 days, full payment is required
- Every payment using payment link will be added 4% and payment using credit card will be added 3% as the bank admin fee

- Cancellation made 7 days or more prior to arrival will be charge 1 (one) night stay.
- Cancellation made within 3 days prior to arrival or no-show will be charged 100% of the entire stay.
- Eid Al-Fitr & High Season
- Cancellation made 14 days or more prior to arrival will be charge 1 (one) night stay.
- Cancellation made within 7 days prior to arrival or no-show will be charged 100% of the entire stay.
- Peak Season:
- Cancellation made 21 days or more prior to arrival will be charge 1 (one) night stay.
- Cancellation made within 14 days prior to arrival or no-show will be charged 100% of the entire stay.
