Black out date from 24th December 2025 to 05th January 2026
CHILDREN POLICY:
- 0-2 years old is considered as infant and he/she may use existing bed or share sleep with parents free of charge and no meal
- 3-11 years old is considered as children and he/she may use existing bed or share sleep with parents free of charge and it may charge for breakfast
- 12 years above is considered as adult, and he/she must use an extra bed with surcharge
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIME:
- Check-in time: after 14.00PM
- Check-out time: 12.00PM
- If any check-in earlier before 14.00PM, please inform to us in advance
- Commonly the checking out time is 12.00PM noon but if any query of late checked out until 06.00PM or extending, please let us know in accordingly
- In case any late check-out required till 18.00PM is considered as day use and it will be applied half a night price
- And late check-out after 18.00PM, it will occur one night charge
TERM OF PAYMENTS:
- Full payment is required upon booking confirmation
- Every payment using payment link will be added 4% and payment using credit card will be added 3% as the bank admin fee
- 1 (one) night deposit is required within 21 (twenty-one) days after reservation confirmation is received through email to guarantee the reservation.
- Balance payment is required within 14 (fourteen) days before guest’s arrival
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Low & High Season: If any cancel is within less than 7days prior to 3 days prior to arrival, charge 1 night charge
- If any cancel within less than 3 days prior or no show will be charged full amount
