VALIDITY:

Black out date from 01 July – 31 August 2026 and 21 Dec – 5 Jan 2027

CHILDREN POLICY:

• Maximum person in the room is 3 (three) adults – or – 2 (two) adults + 2 (two) children + 1 (one) baby under 5 years and above with Extra Person will charge for Extra Bed and or Breakfast Supplement 
• Children start from 6 years old and above should take Extra Bed with additional charge 
• Children 5 y/o and under, able to use Baby Cot service or share bed with parents for Free of Charge including Daily Breakfast with maximum 2 (two) children per room
• If there’s 2 (two) children 7 years old and under in one room with the parents, 1 (one) child able to share Bed with the parent (should take additional breakfast) and other child should take Extra Bed (with additional charge)
• The Extra Bed price is per unit per night including Daily Breakfast for 1 person and only one unit can be accommodated per bedroom 

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIME: 

• Check in is 15.00 in the afternoon
• Checkout is 12.00 Noon
• Every effort will be made to accommodate requests for late check-out; however, this cannot be guaranteed and based on room availability
• Early check-in will be granted the same courtesy if  accommodations are available
• For Late Check-out until 18.00 PM will be charged a Late Check Out fee at 50% from the room rate
• Late check-out after 18.00 PM will  be considered as a Full Night charge

TERM OF PAYMENTS: 

• Full payment is required upon booking confirmation 
• Every payment using payment link will be added 4% and payment using credit card will be added 3% as the bank admin fee 
• 1 (one) night deposit is required within 21 (twenty-one) days after reservation confirmation is received through email to guarantee the reservation
• Balance payment is required within 14 (fourteen) days before guest’s arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY:  

• Low Season (06 Jan–30 Jun, 01 Oct–20 Dec): Cancellation(s) or modification (s) received within14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night accommodation, plus applicable tax and service charge
• High Season (01 July–30 Sep) and Peak Season (21 Dec–05 Jan): Cancellation(s) or modification (s) received within 30 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night accommodation, plus applicable tax and service charge. Cancellation(s) or modification (s) received within 21 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to full night reservation, plus applicable tax and service charge
• No show without prior cancellation notification will be charged at 100% of the total Invoice. In case of early check-out, 100% of the remaining nights will be charged
