  • Monkeys: Keep a safe distance, do not feed, hold loose items securely.
  • Paths include stairs/uneven surfaces, pace accordingly.
  • Show runs in light rain, carry a small poncho if forecast suggests.

  • Final balance is due by the date on your invoice; unpaid balances may be canceled without refund

2. Changes & Special Requests

  • Minor timing changes are subject to feasibility and venue schedules
  • Name/date changes may incur fees or be unavailable (especially for ticketed items)
  • Special requests (dietary, mobility, child seats) must be requested in advance and confirmed in writing.

3. Cancellation by Guest

  • ≥48 hours before pick-up/start: 100% refund
  • 24–48 hours: 50% refund
  • <24 hours or no-show: no refund
  • Tickets/permits (e.g., Kecak, attractions) may be non-refundable once issued.
