TERM AND CONDITIONS:

VALIDITY:

Black out date from 24th December 2025 to 05th January 2026 

CHILDREN POLICY:

• 0-5 years old is considered as infant and he/she may use existing bed or share sleep with parents free of charge and no meal 
• 6-10 years old is considered as children and he/she may use existing bed or share sleep with parents free of charge and it may charge for breakfast 
• Child under 12 years using extra bed, there will be additional charge

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIME: 

• Normal check-in time is 14:00 hours 
• Normal check-out time is 12:00 hours. 
• Day use until 18:00 hours will be charged at 50% from the room rate 
• Beyond 18:00 hours will be considered as extended stay, at full charge rate 

TERM OF PAYMENTS: 

• Full payment is required upon booking confirmation 
• Every payment using payment link will be added 4% and payment using credit card will be added 3% as the bank admin fee
• 1 (one) night deposit is required within 21 (twenty-one) days after reservation confirmation is received through email to guarantee the reservation.
• Balance payment is required within 14 (fourteen) days before guest’s arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY:  

• Low Season: 7 days before check-in 1 night charge is applied, 1 day before, full amount charge is applied 
• High Season: 21 days before check-in 1 night charge is applied, 14 days before check-in full amount charge is applied 
• Peak Season: 24 days after check-in in 1 night charge is applied, 21 days before check-in full amount charge is applied
