TERM AND CONDITIONS:

VALIDITY:

Immediately until June 2026

CHILDREN POLICY:

• Child 0 – 2 years old sharing existing bed with parents, breakfast free of charge 
• Child 3 to 11 years old sharing existing bed with parents will have additional breakfast 
• Child above 12 years old must take extra bed including breakfast with additional charge 

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIME: 

• Check-in time is 14:00 hours
• Check-out time is 12:00 hours
• Day use until 18:00 hours will be charged at 50% from the room rate and beyond 18:00 hours will be considered as extended stay, at full charge room rate

TERM OF PAYMENTS: 

• Full payment is required upon booking confirmation 
• Every payment using payment link will be added 4% and payment using credit card will be added 3% as the bank admin fee 
• 1 (one) night deposit is required after reservation confirmation is received through email to guarantee the reservation.
• Balance payment is required within 21 (fourteen) days before guest’s arrival
• For confirmation made up to 7 days, full payment is required

CANCELLATION POLICY:  

• Low Season (April – June, 16 Sep – 20 Dec): Cancellation(s) or modification (s) received within 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night accommodation, for 3 days prior to arrival will be subject to cancellation fee equal 50% from the room rate. For 24 hours before arrival and no show without prior cancellation notification will be charged at 100% of the total Invoice. In case of early check-out, 100% of the remaining nights will be charged. 
• High Season (01 July–15 Sep):  Cancellation(s) or modification (s) received within 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night accommodation, for 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to cancellation fee equal 50% from the room rate. For 3 days before arrival or no show without prior cancellation notification will be charged at 100% of the total Invoice. In case of early check-out, 100% of the remaining nights will be charged. 
• Peak Season (21 Dec-10 Jan): Cancellation(s) or modification (s) received within 21 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to one night accommodation, for 14 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equal 50% from the room rate. For 7 days before arrival or no show without prior cancellation notification will be charged at 100% of the total Invoice. In case of early check-out, 100% of the remaining nights will be charged.
