- Age: 6-12 years breakfast charge 50% from adult rate is applied
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIME:
- Check-in time is 15:00 hours
- Check-out time is 12.00 Hours
- Extension of check out is subject to availability and will be charged as follows; Check out time until 18.00 hours will be charged 50 % of the room rate. Check out time after 18.00 hours will be charged full night of the room rate.
TERM OF PAYMENTS:
- Full prepayment
- 1 (one) night deposit is required after reservation confirmation is received through email to guarantee the reservation.
- Balance payment is required within 21 (fourteen) days before guest’s arrival
- For confirmation made within 21 days, full payment is required
- Every payment using payment link will be added 4% and payment using credit card will be added 3% as the bank admin fee

- If canceled 4- 15 days prior to arrival, 50% of the full stay charge applies, if canceled within 3 days, entire nights cancellation policy applies

- If canceled 15 – 30 days prior to arrival, 50% of the full night charge applies, if canceled within 14 days, entire night cancellation policy applies
- Early check out and no show:100% full charge of original reservation applies
