CHILDREN POLICY:

- 0–3.99 years old:
- Maximum 2 children can stay free of charge for RABF in the same room occupied by parents using existing bedding
- 1 child stay for RABF and use one roll-away for free of charge
- 4 – 11,99 years old
- 1 child can stay for RABF and use existing bedding in the same room occupied by parents with the surcharge applied
- 1 child stay for RABF and using one roll-away with surcharge applied
- Maximum 2 children stay for RABF, 1 child using existing bedding with parents and the other child using one roll-away with children surcharge applied
CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIME:
- Check-in time is 15:00 hours
- Check-out time is 12.00 Hours
- Extension of check out is subject to availability and will be charged as follows; Check out time until 18.00 hours will be charged 50 % of the room rate. Check out time after 18.00 hours will be charged full night of the room rate
TERM OF PAYMENTS:
- Full prepayment
- 1 (one) night deposit is required after reservation confirmation is received through email to guarantee the reservation.
- Balance payment is required within 21 (fourteen) days before guest’s arrival
- For confirmation made within 21 days, full payment is required
- Every payment using payment link will be added 4% and payment using credit card will be added 3% as the bank admin fee

- If canceled 14 days prior to arrival, 1 night charge applies, if canceled within 3 days, entire nights cancellation policy applies
- HIGH SEASON (1 July – 31 August)
- If canceled 21 days prior to arrival, 1 night charge applies, if canceled within 7 days, entire night cancellation policy applies
- PEAK SEASON (19 December – 04 January)
- If canceled 30 days prior to arrival, 1 night charge applies, if canceled within 14 days, entire night cancellation policy applies.
- Early check out and no show:100% full charge of original reservation applies
