CHILDREN POLICY:
- Infant 0 – 2 years old free of charge with baby cot (based on availability)
- Child 3 – 11 years old free of charge with existing bed with parents
- 12 years old and up must take extra bed with surcharge

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIME:
- Check-in time is 14:00 hours
- Check-out time is 12.00 Hours
- Extension of check out is subject to availability and will be charged as follows; Check out time until 18.00 hours will be charged 50 % of the room rate. Check out time after 18.00 hours will be charged full night of the room rate
TERM OF PAYMENTS:
- Full prepayment
- Every payment using payment link will be added 4% and payment using credit card will be added 3% as the bank admin fee
- 1 (one) night deposit is required after reservation confirmation is received through email to guarantee the reservation
- Balance payment is required within 21 (fourteen) days before guest’s arrival
- For confirmation made within 21 days, full payment is required
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Low Season:
- In the event of cancellation within 7 (seven) days to 3 (three) days prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of 1 (one) night accommodation
- Cancellation within 2 (two) days prior to arrival to the date of arrival, no Show as well as Early Departure, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of full room night charge
- High Season:
- In the event of cancellation within 21 (twenty-one) days prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of 1 (one) night accommodation.
- In the event of cancellation within 14 (fourteen) days to 3 (three) days prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to the value of 50% from the total room night charge.
- Cancellation within 2 (two) days prior to arrival to the date of arrival, no show as well as Early departure will be subject to full room night charge.
