VALIDITY:

Black out date from 21th December 2025 to 06th January 2026 

CHILDREN POLICY:

• Hotel’s policy allows for a child below 12 years old to share bed with parents using existing bed, breakfast charge will be applied for 4-12 years old and free of charge for 0-3 years old, however booking an Extra Bed is strongly recommended.
• Extra Bed for children below 12 years old will be charged. Maximum number of Extra beds in each suite and villa category: One (1) extra bed in a suite or villa.
• Infants up to three (3) years old are accommodated with no extra charge, a baby cot will be provided upon request.
• 0-5 years old is considered as infant and he/she may use existing bed or share sleep with parents free of charge and no meal.
• 6-10 years old is considered as children and he/she may use existing bed or share sleep with parents free of charge and it may charge for breakfast.
• Child under 12 years using extra bed, there will be additional charge.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIME: 

• Check in time is after 14:00 hours. Request for early check-in will be subjected to availability, however, to guarantee early check-in, the room must be reserved for the night prior to the guest’s arrival. 
• Check-out time is before 12:00 hours on the day of departure. Late check-out up to 18:00 hours will be charged at half day of the applicable contracted rate per room. For check-out after 18:00 hours, a contracted full night’s rate will apply. 
• Both above check-in and check-out facilities are subject to availability on the arrival and departure pattern of the Hotel. 
• Important Notes: Pleased be informed that Ball Island celebrates Nyepi (Silent) Day, a Balinese “Day of Silence” on 19 March 2026. No outdoor activities are allowed on that day, Including no check in and no check out.

TERM OF PAYMENTS: 

• Full payment is required upon booking confirmation
• Every payment using payment link will be added 4% and payment using credit card will be added 3% as the bank admin fee
• 1 (one) night deposit is required within 21 (twenty-one) days after reservation confirmation is received through email to guarantee the reservation.
• Balance payment is required within 14 (fourteen) days before guest’s arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY:  

• Cancellations made within 45 days of arrival during low season or 60 days of arrival during shoulder and high season or 75 days of arrival during peak season will result in a cancellation fee of 1 (one) night accommodation. 
• Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival during low season or 30 days of arrival during shoulder and high season or 45 days of arrival during peak season will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the total invoice. 
• Cancellations made within 3 days of arrival during any season will result in a cancellation fee of 100% of the complete Invoice. 
• No show without prior cancellation notification will be charged at 100% of the total Invoice. In case of early check-out, 100% of the remaining nights will be charged.

• Exact pick-up times for airport transfers will be confirmed by our team before your arrival and departure. 
• We recommend that you have travel insurance covering medical needs, trip delays and cancellations.
